THE PLAN

STEP 1:
COAT OF ARMS MESSAGE, DISTRIBUTION.
A. Form 2 to 10 man teams to saturate physical urban area with Coat of Arms stickers.

STEP 2:
APPROACH SMALL BUSINESS, SELL ADVERTISEMENTS, WEBSITE/ POSTER/ MAGAZINES. ESTABLISH IF FRIENDLY TO THE REPUBLIC. BUILD THE REPUBLIC COMMUNITY.

STEP 3:
SET UP CONSTITUTIONAL ARGUMENT TRAINING TO ESTABLISH UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO TALK AND CREATE REMEDY IN COURTS

STEP 4:
SET UP MEETINGS WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE NATIONAL STATE CHAIRMAN WITH PUBLIC SERVANTS ESPECIALLY COUNTY SHERRIFS TO ESTABLISH CONSTITUTIONAL UNDERSTANDING AND REPUBLIC ZONES AS WELL AS LETTER CAMPAIGNS TO CHALLENGE THEIR POSITION.

STEP 5: CREATE REPUBLIC ZONES WHEN NUMBERS AND POSITIONS HAVE BEEN ESTABLISH TO DO SO.

STEP 6:
FORM POLITICAL STRUCTURE, ORGANIZE AND IMPLEMENT SEE BELOW, TO DEEPEN THE CORE OF THE REPUBLIC
